1) i gave up losing weight. sgt susah!
dan i dont have the determination.
but i promised myself that i will eat NO rice for 2 days a week
(that's gotta count because u know i eat rice everyday, right???)
2) i wanted to set at least jog for 30mins once a week pon mcm susah giler, but how i wish i can do that.
itu baru once a week, blom lagi 3 times a week.
so, i think my plan is, i will walk for atleast an hour at the shopping mall 2 times a week.
if possible without bringing the wallet. or the fillings.
(*walk fast! bukan walk alala di taman bunga or walk and stop lama gile kt sesebuah kedai yg menarik)
3) its hard to move on.
but i figured these steps work all the time:
forgive -> forget -> be happy.
even if being happy means taking a risk again. hahaha.
4) and also, i figured that people, no matter how kind hearted u first saw her/him,
they will change via the goodness of money or material. its cultural shock.
and its not their fault to feel like a king anyway. u r the one who spoon-fed them.
