++ Sangumburi Crater (6,000 won)
from visitkorea website: "Sangumburi (산굼부리) is a crater with a circumference of over 2 km. It is located on the southeast side of Jeju-si, and is a flat crater, about 650 meters wide, 100 meters deep, and 2,070 meters in circumference. If you look at the crater from above up, it looks like a man-made circular stadium. There is a variety of plant-life in the crater. On the north side, Nandaeseong vegetation such as red-thorn trees, and magnolia trees grow, along with the rare winter strawberries. On the south side of the crater, Ondaerim vegetation such as evergreens, maples, and mountain strawberry trees cover the area. Because so many different kinds of trees and plants grow in such a limited space, it attracts the attention of researchers as well."

++ Lunch jorim (53,000 won)
the actual plan was to have lunch at uribong sikdang because the place was featured in visitkorea website and we planned to have another tthukbaegi (seafood stew) but ahjussi suggested we try jorim at another restaurant which was near uribong sikdang tu (mcm masak asam tp less masam and manis sikit)(dan sedapppp giler kalo mkn dgn nasi) (unfortunately neither of us ingat ape name kedai ni sbb taktau ape ahjussi sebut tp dia asyik ulang2 tryla jorim dia tryla jorim dia so kitorg pon why not lah as long as no meat dlm masakan tuh)...
and yes they didnot use any meat to cook the dish not even the kuah pon xde gune meat ke apepe... totally ikan semata...
total price for this lunch is 53,000 won for 6 person (tp as usual bahagi 5 je... so sorg around 10,600won)
*wiki: "Jorim is a generic Korean cuisine term referring to dishes made of vegetables, meats, seafood, or tofu in a mixed sauce by simmering for a long time. Jorim is the noun of jorida (hangul:조리다) which means "simmering in a thick soup or sauce"

hahahahhahahahah++ gimyeong maze park (3,300 won)(batt dah flat, pindah ke cam monno)
*from visitkorea website:
"Gimnyeong Maze Park contains a maze that has seven images incorporated in it. The maze is in the shape of the Jeju Island, and its images that can be clearly seen from above include the following: a serpent, which was an object of worship on the island until the mid-70s; native horses of Jeju Island, which were brought there by Mongolians as far back as 1276; the ship, the Sparrowhawk, that was shipwrecked on the island in 1653 bringing Hendrick Hamel and his company of Dutch sailors to the Joseon Kingdom; and dolmens that are relics from the Bronze Age. All of these images are famous symbols or landmarks of Jeju Island. There are three skywalks called ‘gureum dari’ and an observatory, which are popular photo sites for tourists. They offer panoramic views of the entire maze. There are four ways to get through the maze from the entrance. If you use a map, it will take only 5 minutes, but without a map it’s a bit more difficult and can take up to 20 minutes. Some visitors have been known to spend up to 50 minutes lost in the maze before giving up and calling for help! "
minah2 from japan ni bimbo giler tatau how to exit the maze so diorg follow kitorg dan jerit2 "smarto! smarto!" kat kitorg ahahahahhaha
++ Manjanggul Cave [UNESCO World Heritage] (만장굴 [유네스코 세계자연유산])(3,000 won)
(batt dah flat, pindah ke cam monno)
kat dlm cave ni sejuk giler, makin dalam makin sejuk kau... but the feeling was rather calming..
*from visitkorea website:
"Manjanggul Cave (만장굴) is one of the finest lava tunnels in the world. A lava tunnel is formed when the lava that was deep in the ground spouts from the peak and flows to the surface. Manjanggul Cave has a variety of interesting structures inside including 70cm lava stalagmites and the lava tube tunnels. Only 1km of the 13,422m Manjanggul Cave is open to the tourists. The inside of the tunnel sustains at a temperature of 11~21℃, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The stone pillars and stalactites are widely spread and the tunnels shows off the cave’s topographical features. The Stone Turtle is especially eye-catching because it is shaped like Jeju-do Island."
++ dongmun market
dongmun market is a wet market or traditional market as what they koreans call it,
and it was actually on our 1st day in jeju plan. and people has been suggesting to buy oranges in jeju island because the taste is superb but according to ahjussi oranges are harvested on november.
so today's oranges are either frozen or not very tasty.
we bought jugakla a plastic of 7s on 2nd day just for the sake of testing, but the taste is so-so only.. mm rase mandarin oranges during cny.....
memandangkan tonite is our lastnight in jeju, tomorrow we'll be leaving to seoul, ahjussi decided to do bbq grill for us and we were looking for something to be grilled at this market.
ahjussi bought us some mackarels (so sweet of him) and we only bought calamaris (memandangkan we arent actually very hungry, plus we had many more lauk2 brahim yg blom abis yg nak kene diabiskan tonite, and we still have many rice packs)
++ bbq at olle guesthouse
ahjussi do all the bbq part while irina monno and imah help with the persiapan dlm rumah like rice, lauk air etc etc. me & sue mandi dulu kang berebut pula...
we lepak quite long this dinner time and shared stories with ahjussi.
there was this one part whr i screamed "ohhh appaaa" when a handsome korean actor appear on the television and they all corrected "oppaaaa laaaa" and ahjussi gelakkan giler... knowing that he has never gelak and he is always with his sarcastis smirks and muke mcm xde perasaan, that laugh made us happy lah.. gittewwwwww...
