perasaan sedih sebenanye nak tinggalkan jeju island,, olle guesthouse especially. cewah...

++ breakkie at angel in us at gimpo airport
daripada stuck at gimpo airport sbb flight delay arituh lagi kitorg dah ngidam2 nak mengopi kat angel in us coffee ni, akhirnye harini berjaya laa mengopi disini. i ordered caramel mocha.. sedapp gak but abit pricey lah.. 5,500 won..

selain itu kami turut menyewa wifi rental (satu dongle boleh pakai 3 org. unlimited data sehari 7,000 won)

caramel mocha yg lazat

inilah wifi dongle tuh

++ check in hongdae guesthouse

before proceeded to today's plans, kitorg check in at our designated accommodation for the next 4 days lak.. iaitu hongdae guesthouse...
hongdae guesthouse ni plus point nya ialah ia bebetul didepan hongik train station (line2/line kale hijau/circle line), so mmg senang giler nak kemanamana (laluan towards airport pon senang.. ade laluan airport utk this line using AREX train) and it is at the university compound, so ade byk offeeshops, kedai kmart, shops surroounding...
but, this time, we didnot get a 6bed-bedroom but an 8bed-bedroom, so, the room is not to only ours, but we have to share it with 2 more people... so we left our luggage there and straightly went to the next place...

hongdae guesthouse 8-bed-bedroom..

++ Deoksugung Palace
so, memule kitorg jalan gi ke.. deoksugung palace ni dekat2 dgn station city hall (line hijau gak so tayah tuka line).. tapi arah selepas kua train tu jgn tanye aku, dah lupa tanye irina/imah...

from visitkorea website: "Deoksugung Palace is famous for its elegant stone-wall road. It is also the only palace that sits alongside a series of western style buildings that add to the uniqueness of the surrounding scenery. Deoksugung Palace originally belonged to Wolsandaegun (1454~1488), the older brother of King Seongjong (1469~1494) of the Joseon Dynasty. It became a proper palace when Gwanghaegun (1575~1641) ascended the throne and gave the palace the name Gyeongungung in 1611. Afterwards, the name was then changed back to its orginal title of Deoksugung. Upon entering Deoksugung Palace and Daehanmun, visitors will cross the wide bridge of Geumcheon. The king's carriage would pass over this bridge during ancient times."

++ Changdeokgung Palace
selepas deoksugung, kami turun trian semule dan naik train ke tempat seterusnye ni... changdeokgung palace ni dekat dgn Euljiro 3(sam)-ga Stn c/t.. kene jalan sikit lepas turun train but pls google diretion sbb daku x ingat  langsung ofkos..

from visitkorea website: "It may come as a surprise to learn that the monarchs of the Joseon Dynasty spent longer periods of time at Changdeokgung Palace than at Gyeongbokgung Palace. This is primarily because Gyeongbokgung and other palaces were burnt down during the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. Changdeokgung Palace, rather than Gyeongbokgung, was rebuilt after the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. From then on, Changdeokgung served as the primary palace, replacing the destroyed Gyeongbokgung Palace. But ever before that disaster, the monarchs of the Joseon Dynasty preferred Changdeokgung Palace to Gyeongbokgung. Changdeokgung Palace was and is regarded as being constructed in the quintessential Korean style, part of the reason it was so highly favored by the Joseon kings. The palace is listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site for its historical significance, simplicity and subtleness. The UNESCO committee described the site as an outstanding example of Far Eastern palace architecture and garden design. The UNESCO committee also stated that the design of the palace was exceptional because the buildings exist in harmony with the natural environment."

sempat beli waffle sedap tepi jalan ni...

time amek gamba pepelok tiang ni ade foreigner lain berminat nak bergamba bersame tp gamba in my camera blur lag pulak..

ohh oppaaaa hemsemmmm~

aku nampak mcm ceria je dlm gamba kan, padahal dah bebakol2 menyumpah si irina sbb jalan jauh2 penat acik niiiiiiii....

diva dah start bukak kipas sbb kepanasan...

++ Bukchon Hanok Village
hanok village ni dedekat dgn changdeokgung palace tu. kat sini kite bole tgk2 hanok2 village rumah asli org korea. sape tgk my personal taste, mesti ingat sanggojae iaitu rumah pompuan anak arkitek yg terkenal tu yg kat dining table dia berlantaikan cermin and kat bwh tu ade tempat ayah dia bertukang tuh... kitorg jumpala beberapa hanok village nih tp gagal temui sanggojae tu sbb maybe da letih sgt kot bejalan seharian plus lapar lak tu...
tp tetibe kitorg jumpa an old shool yg sgt cantik giler arhitecture nya.. mcm oxford gituh.. yakni choong ang high school ..
Choongang High School was one of the filming locations for the popular Korean tv drama – Winter Sonata. aku x tgk sgt drama ni sbb lembab nak mampos... plus im a fan of jdrama that time..
and there are alumnis gathering overthere... so diorg ajak kitorg bergambar sekali.. diorg ni mcm mabuk pon ye juga sbb irina hampir2 diciom hahhahahahhahahahhahahahah lawak giler peristiwa ni...

from visitkorea website: "Surrounded by Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace and Jongmyo Shrine, Bukchon Hanok Village is home to hundreds of traditional houses called 'hanok' that date back to the Joseon Dynasty. The name, 'Bukchon,' which literally translates to 'northern village,' came about as the neighborhoods that the village covers lie to the north of the two significant Seoul landmarks, Cheonggyecheon Stream and Jongno. Today, many of these hanoks operate as cultural centers, guesthouses, restaurants and tea houses, providing an opportunity to experience, learn and immerse in Korean traditional culture."

pantang nampak camera mesti posing beriya.. padahal kaki dah sakit gila dah ni

cari tempat2 yg ade lambang gini kat lantai jalan and shoot from here..

alley-no-cats

inilah choong ang high shool

the alumnis nak bergambar dgn kami.., ohwell..

detik dimana seorg alumni mabuk cuba menciom irina hahahahahhahahaha

pakcik mabuk pelok erat..

ade afew kpop posters seller around this area

++ Late lunch at Pizza plus
actually waktu ni dah nak dekat kol 5pm dah lapar yg tahap nak mamposss..
pizza plus ni terletak at dongdaemun station and it is managed by 2 siblings ni yg mmg muke sebijik sejibun.. selain order pizza yg dishare 5 org, i also ate double beef bacon cheese burger (i always felt like a burger without a bacon strip is rather plain eversince the carls jr's)(except ofkos burger ramly lah)... the burger cost me 7,500 won and the pizza was 15,000won bahagi 5...

lapar lak bile nengok blk gamba ni.. tgh puase katekan...

++ Dongdaemun Market
dongdaemun market ni mmg dekat betul dgn dongdaemun train station.. (kena tuka ke line biru cair / line 4)
better pergi sini after 11pm sbb night market open after that time and it was crazy long.. but we didnot stay for long sbb kejar subway/train yg abis at midnite tuh.. so we spend time at the malls area buying cheap souviners & etc etc. but frankly brg2 dia sume mahal..
but im not into shopping sgt ke korea ni pon (tp mmg selalu sgt terpedaya), im more to visitting & cam-whoring type... but it just that i feel that i am really OLD and didnot have many stamina left. (the calling to start to exercise ni huhuhu malasnyeeeeeeeeeeeee)

++ memandangkan we ate quite late for lunch, so kami skip dinner sbb masih kenyang...
so we straightly went back to our hostel..
upon sampai balik at our 8-bed bedroom guesthouse ni kami mendapati another 3 housemate tu tiada dibiliklah, so, kami beborak2 lah solat lah mandi lah mcm biasalah..
tetibe tepat jam 12 malam, rumet pertama balik. we thought that it is an all female room, rupanya dakwaan itu salah sekali, our rumets were guys. nasibaiklah dia baik and peramah..
so ok aje lah..
the 1st guy is from korea itself but works in a malaysian restaurant in shanghai.. (oh howwww small is the world kan?)
the 2nd guy is an american but he is not quite friendly (actually we didnot had the time to see him pon sbb bila dia blk kite semua da tido, bila dia bangun kite semua dah keluar)..
and the 3rd guy is a girl. ok la...
