++the one failed diet plan

fuh olih kerana MMTK dah bising blog aku berhabuk, makanya aku terpanggil nak memblog.
alasan aku, mcmkan aku retis.
padahal diri sendiri menggelenjar nak memblog.

ok ade org ajak gi tapau nasik. yes. babai

ahhh kenyanggggg. haha sambung balik

so today i decided to start eating healthy-ly.
i brought a big box of cereal and 1 litre of milk.
started with breakfast, then to lunch.
i thought hey i can live, i can live. but i was wrong.
i have finished around 3/4 of that big box of cereals, and milk, but i am still shattering cold.
lapar weh!
so, just now, while writing, my ofismate ask me if i wanna follow her to tapau.

and here i am, sitting happily, tummy full of nasi goreng kg with telor dada.

Aku try change bfast to healthy one dgn minum milk. Tapi berat x turun2 makin. Then kawan aku ckp. Milk is bad for diet. Lepas stop amik milk n tukar dgn sandwich baru la ada perubahan. Makan sandwich masa bfast, masa lunch x lapar sgt
